Firery sword...where do they drop? - Guild Wars Forums

I bought a firery sword, but I would also like to "earn" one, I've completed all of the missions and am now starting on the temple of ages. Where should I hunt to have a good chance of getting a firery sword as a drop (or as a quest reward)?

/desert hydras.

/desert Griffons.

/perdition rock Flesh Golems.

/probably alot more others, since their still pretty random in terms of drops.

they drop just everywhere
even south shiverpeaks dolyaks drop them

I find them a lot in the Underworld.
Oh, and if you want a Raven Staff, the Trolls outside Droknar's Forge have many, many of them.

yea mountain trolls drop them as well, not very good ones tho. griffs will drop a +11% damage purple one every once in a while

Try Hydras. White mantle also works LOL!

I would agree. The griffons outside of Augry Rock drop fiery dragon swords often.

best I ever had was 3 purple FDS's in a row off a group of hydras

all max damage and with ok mods...

Pity I accidently salvaged all 3 by mistake... never salvage when tired!

i got 4 in 1 griffon run MWAHAHAH they all sucked though , non max dmg
